Hi,

The problem I'm having is that the IP-Address and the IP-Address of Connection are not matching. Attached is what I'm dealing with. I've tried removing the client machines from the domain, and rejoining them. That didn't solve the issue. When I right-click on the computer in the Admin Kit, "Remote Connection" is faded. The IP-Addresses are matching with the Server DHCP. I've removed the clients from the Admin Kit numerous times, and rejoined them back, but still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Hi,

Delete this host from its logical group and then from its network group.
Force a network scan, ny clicking on the scan button in the properties of the "Administration Server", in the "Network" tab.
Then check in the corresponding network group if you have an host with a name like 0520-OFF-CUB-01~1 (the number at then can vary).

I tried that out, but after the "Scan Now" and I look into the Network, the computers aren't coming up.

You may wait some minutes and refresh manually the display of the Administration Console.
If the computers are definitely not listed, then run the klnagchk.exe utility from affected hosts.
This utility resides in the installation folder of Kaspersky Network Agent, post a report here.

I'm definitely going to try that. Right now, I'm letting the clients pick up different IP's. I've had issues with bad IP's before, so this might be the case. I'll post with results.

The computer selected on the screenshot does not have network agent installed. So, there's "connection address" possible.
