Hi,

I have an imate JsaJar which runs WM5. I recently upgraded to KMS8 from KMS7 only to find that access to the internet and my mobile web-based programmes are being blocked by the firewall. This happens even when I set the firewall to "Allow all?! (KMS7 ran perfectly).

When I uninstalled KMS8, I was able to access the internet and all my web-based programmes. I have uninstalled & reinstalled KMS8 at least 10 times, but the issue persists. I know it's the firewall because the firewall log states that the firewall has blocked access.

It would be reassuring to hear from anyone who has any guidance on this issue.

I'm running things with firewall set to medium without any problems. What phone do you use?

The phone I use is an Imate JasJar, which is a PDA. As I said earlier, I had no problems with the firewall settings when I used KMS7. The problems started when I upgraded to KMS8.
