Dear Kaspersky,

I have KMS version 8.0.48 installed on my Nokia 6120c. It's perfect for almost 8 months, but yesterday, i found error message said that some file are missing and suggest me to re-install the KMS, i don't know what exactly happened with my phone, but yes, it said something missing when i start KMS.

I've tried to remove KMS, but the proccess failed and the message "Unable to delete file". Strange!

When i tried to re-install it said "Do you want to replace the 8.0.48 with 8.0.48?" and i choose yes, but the process failed again with message "Unable to delete file"

So i remove manually from File Manager (X-plore), but the icon still there on Application menu. When i hit "remove" it said "Unable to delete file" again..

I'm frustrated, so i download the lates KMS version 8.0.51 and try to install, but after choose yes when asked "Are you want to replace 8.0.48 with 8.0.51" the proccess failed again..

also with the same error message "Unable to delete file"

The only thing i wanna ask is how to manually remove and clear all files related to KMS 8? So i can install the newer version.
It's very make me desperate.

I also have KMS 7 installed on my phone, and cannot be removed so, i thought it because i installed KMS 8 over KMS 7.

Please, i need your help.

i also wanna let you know that every i change the setting on KMS, it rollback to the previous setting again and again.

i do nothing with my phone.. so i confused why my KMS getting error.

I got if when you open for trial. Got it through my email by kaspersky.

I never change any setting Viktor, only default setting i used.

so the answer is no.
that's why i confused why my KMS error.
now i can't use it anymore. useless..
i bought key for KMS 7.

You wrote "i remove KMS manually from File Manager (X-plore)". It means that your phone is unlocked. You should not try to delete any binaries at all and your should not install KMS7 and KMS8 Beta at the same time. I don't know how to help you. Just format your phone

Firstly, i thougt that KMS 8 will ask to upgrade my KMS 7, and yes it's not. KMS 8 just launched the installation without offer to remove KMS 7 or overwrite it.

Secondly, i've unlocked my phone because i have no idea how to remove the KMS or reinstall it.

Lastly, please make sure ur future version to not continue the installation if the previous version is installed on the phone.

Ah, i won't reset my phone! Just let the bird to take my money away. 1 year left for my KMS license.
