Please forgive me if this is a known problem, but this is my first time on this forum

I recently purchased a 3 User KIS 2010 Software Package, and have just started installing it.
I successfuly installed the first copy on my wife's laptop running Vista Business without any problems,
I then confidently installed the next copy in a similar manner on my main PC, but unfortunately,on my Main PC
Every time I select my IE 8 Icon, I keep getting an IE security message saying -

'A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer'
Name: Web ToolBar Component
Publisher: Kaspersky Lab
Details: ldwtblfs.exe

If I click on the 'OK' my IE8 webpage opens, but the cursor is an 'I' shape, and the page will not respond to any selection,
and I have to reboot to remove it
If I click on 'Don't Allow' the IE web page comes up and works normally.
My PC is an Intel dual proc with 4Gig RAM running Vista Ultimate SP 2

Can any MOD suggest where my problem lies ?

Thank you for the above response, but Sorry should have mentioned -
I did tick the 'Do not show me a warning for this program again' Box
but the warning still reappeared on the next and subsequent boot.

Luckily I also emailed MicroSoft IE 8 support on the problem,
and their recommendation was to do a full reset to the I.E 8 Default state in
Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Reset

In my case This cured the stated problem -
Maybe other users with similar errors
should take note.
