Hi everyone.
I'm facing a serious problem: I'm trying KAV 6.0.3.837 on our network, got a 30 user licence, and installed it on only 18 PCs.
(I used Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0.1710 to deploy succesfully to the tests PCs).
PCs are ranging from XP SP2-XP SP3 to Vista32 SP1 - Vista64 SP2.
A few (6) of them are running Vmware Player, but KAV is not installed in the Guest XP OS, only on the Host OS.

Everything looks fine but... Sometimes... on randoms computers, we got annoying messages (translated from french):
'Protection is disabled because licence key is in use on xx computers', where xx is ranging from 31 to 63....
And then a few minutes later (or hours, it depends completely), the protection is back.

According to the licence report on KAK, i'm using currently 18 licences of 30, and they will expire on april 2010.
Computers are all in a Windows domain, with accurate time sync.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please contact your local Kaspersky Support and / or Kaspersky Salesteam to check your licenses and potentially change it.

Thats a known problem on Vista.

Send the license key, a screenshot from the client with showing the license violation and a the license report from AdminKit to KL.

You will get a new license key.
