Has anyone seen this issue before?

I have over 2700 machines to monitor & a weekly report on the critical machines to make.
It seems that every morning between 8am-11am, I have many machines showing up as out of control. I can control tasks, see the PC, ping it, remote into it, and basically cannot find anything out of the ordinary. The big problem is that my reports include many machines that seem to be perfectly fine, but show as critical.

A lot of times, I can just simply right-click on the machines and go to 'Tasks' and it will go green (OK status). That doesn't always work, sometimes I can synchronize and it will go green, but not always. There are some that are up to date, recently scanned, and visible, but still are "out of control". Everyday it happens in the morning, but by afternoon, they seem to remedy themselves and go back to OK status, with no action needed.

I've tried klnagchk & klmover, but the NetAgent is directed to the correct address and this doe not fix anything.

It's really been a pain trying to pick through the false criticals to fix the machines that actually need attention.
