For the last 3 days i'm getting en error when the updtae kaspersky administratiom kit task is running,

"Update task complete. File operation failed. This error usually occurs when a component is incorrectly installed or run. The error could be because the component is incorrectly installed or configured. Recommendation: Run Updater again. If the error occurs again, send the Updater trace to Technical Support to clarify the problem. It may also help to restart the application."


the update server is not updating

Which version of adminkit? Have you restarted the server/adminkitserver service? Have you tried to delete and add the update task again?

tried restrat service didnt work

tried creating a new tak didnt work

I do have the same problem for one week by now.
Signatures on clients (workstations and servers) are from Juli, but my AV-server is up to date.
Clients can download the signature without problems from the internet but noch from my AV-Server.

Unfortunately I am in the situation managing this system without any experience with this AV-server.
Does anyone have some ideas?
