hello,

we have Kaspersky Antivirus program version 6.0.2.551 on a citrix server. somethimes the cpu-power is on 100% (most with the process kavfswp.exe) and you can't work on the machine anymore. In the event-logs you cannot see any messages. What can i do?

Deinstall Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server Enterprise Edition 6.0.2.551, reboot, install 6.0.2.555 and install CF7 for .555

hello phr3n1c,

thanks for your help. is it important also to update the administrationsagent and the administrative tools? or can i do that later. on a second server we have the administration kit and the anti-virus for windows servers. Should i update these products at the same time as the citrix-server or can i do that also later?

Where can i download the updates to the several products?

If your actual administration kit is up and running and you got no problems, I would suggest you to wait till the version 8 is released.
Update / upgrade of administration kit does not depend of update of Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server Enterprise Edition on citrix server. smile.gif
