Hi,

Using the Admin Kit, i have set two distinct groups, one for laptops and one for workstations. We have multiple subnets spanned across multiple buildings.

For each groups, i have set the subnets as zones in the group's policies and enforced the policies to "Modify all policy settings to the local settings at first policy application"

Yet when i look at my laptop's settings in anti-hacker, some zones are missing. This also happens to many workstations even though the admin kit says that the policies are enforced (ie not "pending")

What exactly am i missing?

Are the policies set to active ?

Yes they are. I find it really strange.

Please attach exported policy in this thread.

And please attach here the report file of GetSystemInfo utility of the PC / Notebook where settings are not working, upload that file on http://support.kaspersky.fr/getsysteminfo/ and post the link of that report here.

Did you try the Change Now button? I find that I need to do that to get the changes to propagate.
