Hi!

I tried to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.6 for Microsoft ISA Server 2004/2006 Standard Edition on ISA 2006 and got an error:

operation: Registering Web Filter failed. Error Code: c0040357

and after that all the services of ISA stopped. I had to enable them manually.

I followed the Administrators' Guide.

Thanks!

Please specify the name and version of Kaspersky product for example Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations 6.0.3.837.
And please attach here the report file of GetSystemInfo utility, upload that file on http://support.kaspersky.fr/getsysteminfo/ and post the link of that report here.

Could you please provide installation logs?

Clicking GetSystemInfo Utility link that you provided is giving:

Hello.

Try http://www.getsysteminfo.com/ instead... link provided by phr3nic is correct and should redirect you to this page. Anyway.

Create sysinfo report, upload it to getsysteminfo.com and provide link here. Furthermore cleanup %temp% folder and start installation again. Attach "kav4isa.log".
