I am trying to install 8.0.0.75 on my Touch HD but after agreeing to the licence agreement (which is in huge fonts and not that readable) I get an error saying thay KMS install was unsuccessful. I have tried removing KMS but that fails. I have also removed all files I can find related to it as well and any registry entries I can see. When I try to install again I get a message that there is an existing version but it cannot be removed. Selecting to carry on installing just gives me the same unsuccessful install message again.
Is there some way to install KMS on a Touch HD that I may of missed please? Or are any log files created so I can try and find out what is causing this problem?

Replying to myself now but I fixed the issue.

I had to use Memmaid to remove the entry in the SwMgmtMetadataStore database as regardless of what I did I was unable to get the entry in remove programs to delete. Once this was done I was able to try the install again which this time went through without issue. Still no idea why it failed initially though and the process to delete the failed install was not nice.
