I have reinstalled the Admin kit because I was having issues with the VM it is on. Everything has stayed the same, however I cannot resync with any of the machines that currently have AV on them. They are not showing up as active in the admin kit. I ran a little test and reinstalled the AV on one of my machines and sure enough, it showed up in the admin kit.

Is there a way to get all the PC's with KAV currently installed back in sync with the Admin Kit without reinstalling on each machine?

Did you backup and restore the ssl-certificate before and after the reinstallation?

If not, roll out the network agent to all clients managed by that administration kit.
