Can some one help me, I keep getting the error " Firewall filtration system" failed

My firewall is only partially enabled.
Updated database, ran scan and detected & quarantined: Trojan program Trojan.Win32.Patched.dy (modification) File: C:\Documents and Settings\ [My Name. My Computer Name] \Local Settings\Temp\tmp21b.tmp

Have no idea what to do next

I am running KIS 7.0 on Win 2000
