I have installed KAV 6.0 in win xp service pack 2. When I try to update it gives an error " An unhanded win 32 exception occurred in avp.exe[1236]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error : No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enables."


Please can any one help me in this. i have tried to uninstall and reinstall in vain.

Better post the URL of the GSI Parser.

I am running the GetSysteminfo, Ca you tell me how log does it take to make a complete report? So far it has been creating report for 23Min without finishing it?

Did you run this tool with admin rights?

I am running as Administrator

Normal this tool take max 5 min.

I had this before and the problem was that the avp.exe hang.
Reboot the workstation and run it again...

I have downloaded the getsysteminfo url="http://telecharger.kaspersky.fr/GSI/GetSystemInfo.exe". Howervrer it runs now at 27minutes without completing the process.

Any way how to run it?
