iam the new client for kaspersky!


we have 60 servers and 600 workstation license

when i deploy the client remotely from server after two day some user kasper workstation is in inactive mode

i can able to synchronize the client and when i check the application tab network agent is running and workstation is in
inactive !! if i format the pc and install workstation manualy its work fine .

and also now iam not able to update any user with the help of admin kit and my admin update is up to date.

we have lot of virus in our network even i can not run GetSystemInfo4.exe

can any one guide me on this issue! what may the problem .... ??????

It looks like youre workstations are infected with a virus and the virus is killing the Anti-Virus software.

So to be sure the worktations are clean you must update the virus definition right after installation and do
a full scan to clean the workstations. If the Anit-Virus would be unable to clean everything a format is maybe
the only solutions thats left....

Please specify the name and version of Kaspersky product for example Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations 6.0.3.837.
And please attach here the report file of GetSystemInfo utility, upload that file on http://support.kaspersky.fr/getsysteminfo/ and post the link of that report here.
