Regarding to the subject matter, my customer will receive same e-mail for many times on Ms Outlook 2000 after they install kaspersky.
Attachment is the screen captured of kaspersky event.
The issue is solved after i disable Mail Antivirus and Anti-Spam.
Is there any other solution for this issue beside disable the mail scanning?
Please advise. Thanks.

Hello,

Does your customer use IMAP or POP3 protocol to fetch emails from the mail server?
