Hello all, I just recently installed Kaspersky Administration Kit on one of the servers at my work for evaluation purpose. I have not really even done anything significant with the program, because I JUST installed it recently. As I am trying to get everything up and running, I keep getting the following error whenever I try to create external application uninstall task:
Exception access violation occured at address 0x637E9542 on thread 0x000002D0 in process 2840 while accessing adddress 0x00000000 for read.
The version of Kaspersky Administration kit is 6.0.1710
The database in use is MSDE which I am pretty sure I just downloaded right off of the Kaspersky site.
It mostly seems to happen whenever I try to create a remote uninstallation package. It will never let me even create the package itself, whenever I hit the finish button, I get the error and I cannot even create the package. The operating system that is being used is Windows Server 2003 R2.
