Full Version: Kaspersky disables after full scan

Hi there

We have Kaspersky installed on a few desktops running windows xp sp3

The problem we are having is that after a full scan is run on the desktops Kaspersky seems to disable its self.

have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the network agent and the av (running version 6)*edit- version 5 not 6*

Short of reinstalling the whole admin kit and starting again im not sure what to do.

Any help or ideas???

Please post the exact version number of installed products. Build number.

antivirus for workstations: 5.0.712
Admin kit: 5.0.1151

Error on my part as it is not version 6 but 5

Sorry 5.x are not supported anymore.
