A license for Kaspersky WSS was renewed using the Kaspersky website store that is provided by Digitalriver. The renewal was done Monday 6th of July or so, but no e-mail has been received regarding the license.
The renewal at Digitalriver store went OK, after entering billing information it said
"Thank you for your order. Your order is being processed and you will be notified of the result shortly."
But nothing so far.. some of the workstations' license had already expired, most of them expire in 2 weeks.
And now the renewal fails with "We are unable to process your order. Please verify your information and try again.", so probably the license is renewed but the e-mail containing the license information has gone.. somewhere?!
I have tried e-mailing onlinesales@kaspersky.com and some other general e-mail addresses, but nobody is replying. Now the direction is very unhappy and wants to waste time and probably even generate a complete mess by backing out from Kaspersky and install some free anti-virus. What to do, who to contact?? Would need to resolve this very quickly...
