Full Version: License renewed at Digitalriver but no e-mail?

A license for Kaspersky WSS was renewed using the Kaspersky website store that is provided by Digitalriver. The renewal was done Monday 6th of July or so, but no e-mail has been received regarding the license.
The renewal at Digitalriver store went OK, after entering billing information it said
"Thank you for your order. Your order is being processed and you will be notified of the result shortly."

But nothing so far.. some of the workstations' license had already expired, most of them expire in 2 weeks.
And now the renewal fails with "We are unable to process your order. Please verify your information and try again.", so probably the license is renewed but the e-mail containing the license information has gone.. somewhere?!

I have tried e-mailing onlinesales@kaspersky.com and some other general e-mail addresses, but nobody is replying. Now the direction is very unhappy and wants to waste time and probably even generate a complete mess by backing out from Kaspersky and install some free anti-virus. What to do, who to contact?? Would need to resolve this very quickly...

Unfortunately, I could not find any information about your renewal order. You should contact Kaspersky Lab China, they are responsible for partners and resellers in your region.

The product is Kaspersky Work Space Security if it was unclear; originally for 100 workstations but want to renew for 150. Not sure if this can be done but option for 150 workstations was presented so I chose it.
It was purchased from the url http://www.kaspersky.com/business_globalstore/ so I assume it is "global".
Payment was done with credit card (Visa).

What is odd is that at 1st the store gave the message indicating success but when trying again it just keeps on saying "check information". Digital river support findmyorder.com does not find anything after input e-mail and 5 last CC digits. And their support has not replied anything.

Will contact Kaspersky China for purchasing it. Local partner(s) here are.. how to put it nicely.. "on par with local standards", this could be classified as 3rd world country. The Kaspersky website "partner locator" does not even list the whole country. Once when contacting Kaspersky directly for another license I got a call from local partner, giving a quotation that would be more expensive per workstation than the website after 10% tax added; this when comparing 250 w/s license (from the partner) to 150 w/s license (from the web store)!
