Recently my WiFi disables and I can't access certain Windows functions like Device Manager. I ran a scan and didn't get any hits. When I reboot it works fine again for a short time them does it again.
Is there something I am missing? Is there a new threat that I might be infected with that Kaspersky is missing?
Any help would be appreciated.

Win Vista, 2008, 7: http://telecharger.kaspersky.fr/GSI/GetSystemInfo.exe (run as admin)

and upload to www.getsysteminfo.com

try add exe file under trust, especially anti-hacker, Good Luck
