Client Bought Enterprise Space for 200 WKS, The client have a web application based on oracle.

The application form opened through the web, below are some screenshots clarifies the problem.

Once you open the application on Internet Explorer the below message appears, once you open it on FireFox it opens without any problem.

This Problem occurs only on Windows Vista Users.

Even if you pause or exit Kaspersky the problem remains, once you uninstall it it works fine.

I have added the application to the trusted zone, Its ports, The IP address of the web application Server.

Try to enable "compatibility mode" under "Settings" > "Services".
Restart the computer and see if the crash still occurs.

It didn't work.

Could you advise me Tybilly what else i should do ?!

Disable Self-defense option in KAV 6 WKS under "Settings" > "Services".

Click on "Start" > "Run" and enter this command:
regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations\klscav.dll"


Click on "Start" > "Run" and enter this command:
regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations\scrchpg.dll"

Open your web form with Internet Explorer and check if the error still occurs.
