there is problem on my Kaspersky client's PC. A Chinese website opens itself on its computer. He has Kaspersky Antivirus 6.0.3.837 enterprise edition. but cannot remove the virus or adware. how can we remove it.

Under Add/Remove programs, check if there is a tool bar with chinese writings that has been installed, if yes remove it
