Hello

i setting action in file-antivirus = block access>disinfect>delete if disinfect fails but

kaspersky not delete automatic. i maunal on neutralize all button.

how to solve this case.

Please specify your version of KAV and installation way (locally or via AdminKit). And post here screenshot of your FA and of pop-up alert.

KAV 6.0.3.837 install via adminKit. alert is mean of kaspersky setting promt for action
