i have installed kaspersky adminkit 6.0.1710 on windows 2003 server (not a domain controllar) and push kaspersky antivirus on clients having windows xp professional.

but the clients are unable to update

Error message is:


update is controlled by administrator

how can i solve this problem, the clients are not on domain.

help me as soon as possible.

If you want to have the choice to make updates locally, you have to choose local update task in the settings of the remoteinstallationpackage in the administration kit.

After rolling out the new remoteinstallationpackage, which includes the local update task, the user is able to start a update by himself.
