Full Version: Upload fails

When I set options to scan system32 and system32\drivers folders, GSI creates a 2.2 MB file. When I upload that file to the parser, the upload continues for some time then flashes an error message "cannot find the file." Upload works fine with a smaller file where those scan options are not set.

Feels a bit like a timeout that results in an incorrect "not found" error message.

What's happening, and how can I parse a larger file?

Thanks.

Hello,

Is 2.2MB the size of the report.zip or the report.txt ?

If it's the size of the .txt, please zip it and try again.

Thank you. Zipping the file took care of the problem.

You're welcome smile.gif

I still need to fix the issue "cannot find the file" when uploading a .txt file...
