i've asked this question in KL ticket, i don't see any help back from KL.
Our customer can't reinstall Kaspersky for Windows Workstation 6, i'll conclude as following:
- they used kavremove tool and kav registry cleaner before reinstall
- and manual find and remove file, folder, registry value of Kaspersky on that machine for make sure
- they tried to install as Domain admin/ Local admin account!!!
But, was show the same error.
it was show error 1923: Service Kaspersky Anti-virus 6.0 (AVP) could not be installed.
verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.
Everyone can see the error as the attached image. What's happen? Thank you
