Hello,

On 2008/06/16 I bought a pack of 15 licenses (name of the product: "Kaspersky BusinessSpace Security European Edition. 15-Workstation / FileServer 1 year Base Download Pack")
for a Spanish bussiness and installed it the next day I recivied the licenses.

A couple of days ago I was revieweing the licenses and flap!, a couple of them have 3 days remaining, others have like months, and others have only A DAY remaining.

This is my first time with a centralized security system like kaspersky, and I also use the adminkit for every installation I've to do, so I don't really get what's going on with the licenses, and most important, how should I proceed with the renovations, one by one?

Well, just in case, we had to do a complete restructuration of the bussiness network, included the server, that was replaced too, and that was like on 14 December of 2008. We replaced a lot of computers and also change all the network configuration.

Please be as quick as you can with the answer because like I said some of the licenses have only one day remaining, and my boss isn't gonna be very happy to see that his computer licenses have expired.

Thank you on advance.

(( I attached a image with the dates the admin kit gave me, in case you don't understand nothing because it's in Spanish it doesn't matter, the only important thing you've to know is that the first date is the expire date and the second is supposed to be the activation one. And also that window opens when you press properties on a License Key (or double click))

Key files have "extra" period for 1 month, in case if you activate (re-activate) it later than you've bought it.
Helmut
The license is starting by installation.

The key has a creation date as 2008/06/16. The license is valid for 365 days and a waiting period for 30 days. This value can vary. The final date is 2009/07/16

In your environment you can install the application from 2008/06/16 to 2008/07/16 without loosing a day.

That's immposible because I have a lot of licenses that expires on 2009/18/09 , and that date is two months later than 365 days since 2009/18/07 (considering it the maximum installation date). In this exactly case, the license appear to be installed(activated) on 2008/10/02.

You can see that on the attached image ( you need to know that in Spain dates are written inverse, that means a date like this on the image : 02/10/2008 , means 2008/10/02 ).

And the question is again : should I renew ALL licenses now? , because I have a difference of THREE months on the expiration date for the same license key, and if you say there's only a month of non-loosing license days, it doesn't make sense...
Helmut
I wrote this value can vary.

I know in some case are there 7 days and it goes up to 3 Month.

Didn't think it could variate so much smile.gif , now it's clear.

Thank you all for your fast (and also good) answers, specially Helmut for being so patient.
