Full Version: Case sensitive activation code

My bank has given me a free subscription to the mobile security software.

I've downloaded the kmsecurity_8.0.51_en.sis for a Nokia N73. (Symbian)

Kaspersky Labs have emailed me the activation code.

The activation code that I've been sent is in lower case, e.g. nk57y-........ (4 sets of 5 characters). The phone only allows the code to be input in CAPITALS, e.g. NK57Y- .....

This then leads to an activation error - Invalid key.

Is this because of the code being case-sensitive?

I did have an earlier v7 trial version on the phone. This was removed before installing v8.
