Can someone please help?? We have just installed internet security 09 but it will not update at all. Says the database is obsolete and when it downloads it saays it is corrupted. Tried 5 times and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing etc but still doesn't work. Could someone help and if so in simple terms please Thanks.

My first guess would be you did not uninstall your previous AV software, this is a common error made by many. What to do go to you previous vendor site and get the deletion program if not available Google for the correct one, all AV programs leave tracks and some are a real pain, once you have deleted your old one delete and reinstall KIS. I have read your complaint post and do understand your frustration, I have been a KIS user for about six months and drop in here every so often. The biggest majority of complaints are due to not understanding how entrenched old AV software is, the KIS program is not without some faults show me one the is. Believe me you are about to dump a very good and fast AV, I have been computing since the early 70's and have tried several AV's most are memory hogs that make your entire system run quite slow.
