Hi,

We are currently setting up a virtual desktop deployment of approx 300 clients and are having some trouble with the KAV on them. We have vmware view configured where each windows XP image spawns from a single clone as and when a user needs it. This bit is working, however each time you log on to a new client the KAV has an error where blacklst is missing or corrupt which doesn't go away until after the updater is run.

Has anyone else configured a similar situation with Kaspersky, does nay one have any guidelines about the best way to configure it?

Regards

Giles

Hello Giles,

please check if the 'master' from which the other ones clone, has this problem too.

the master does not have the problem, it is only once they've been cloned (it is an automated sysprep type process)
