I encounter a problem when I configure the settings of the firewall of KAV6.0 for windows workstation.
Generally speaking, the rule entries should be listed according to their priority, but I cannot restore their orders to the standard order after I clicked the "Action", under which either "allow" or "Block" is displayed. After one rule entry is selected, I cannot click "Move Up" or "Move Down" buttons if I want to change its priority.
How can I resolve this problem which confuses me for a period of time.
Many thanks in advance.
Regards,
flans
where you want to configure the settings? if you use the administration kit you can configure in the admin kit or you let every user configure his workstation seperately.

Are the buttons dimmed?
Do you use the AdminKit?

the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons are dimmed if one rule entry is selected.
I don't use the adminkit. Does KAV 6.0 for windows workstation include adminkit component? I cannot find this so called adminkit.
No adminkit is a separat application. Look under Software if the agent is installed.

How many clients are in your network?

How many clients are in your network?
thousands, I am a student of CUHK where we are recommended to use Kaspersky 6.0 for windows workstation.
The adminkit is a centralized management tool from Kaspersky and I think by this numberr of clients you are using this tool.
Then you can block all locally changes.

I live in the student hostel where there is no centralized management server.

you can see that I could not click the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons if one rule entry is selected. It just happened after I clicked the "Action", under which either "Allow" or "Block" is displayed.

I just want to know how to restore to the default order in which all the rule entries are displayed by their priority.
