Hello,

you can find now on the top a new section called "GSI Walkthrough".
It's like the survival guide for GSI tool and parser.

Big huge thanks to John Hogan from KL USA who made 95 % of it !

During the process of translating the walkthrough I noted some suggestions for minor rewordings. In the following I mostly quote a full sentence and mark suggested changes in blue.

How to create and interpret system information collected by the GetSystemInfo utility 4.0
- "The newest version (Version 4.0.X.X) includes many new features that make the creation and interpretation of a user's system easier for both the user and the engineer."

Getting Started
- "If all other applications are not stopped prior to running the GSI, the utility may pause or “freeze” and the Stop Report button may be inactive.
- "Typical size of the log files ranges from 800 KB to 1.2 MB"

Uploading a report
- "Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent and then you will be allowed access."
- "You have access to additional information such as the file's rating and comments."
- The page should reflect that the tab "Mine" has been renamed to "My reports".

Viewing a report
- "If the user is running an older version of the Kaspersky Lab software, then it will be shown here and a link to download the latest version is provided."
- In the descriptions for the tabs "System Properties", "Devices" and "Process/Services/Drivers" I would use lower case letters.

Troubleshooting with the report
- "Troubleshooting with the parser will be broken up into seven categories:"

Installation Issues
- "After getting a GSI report and posting to the online parser, any incompatible software resident on the system will be self-evident. "
- "It is recommended to uninstall any programs that are incompatible or use the removal tool for that software if there are only traces of it left."
- "How does this work?"
- "The more appropriate rates you do, the more XP you'll get and the higher your coefficient will be."

Activation Issues
- "Note – if there were drivers to update in the above example, text would be in orange."

Computer has become slow, sluggish
- "The issue arises because the program is trying to manage the file system in the background while the File-Anti-Virus is constantly scanning the defragging program at the same time."

Update Issue
- Page title should be renamed to "Update Issues" for consistency reasons.
- "Change the update source from the default settings to ftp://ftp.kaspersky.com./" - Is there a special reason for the extra dot in the address, maybe it should be a full stop after the sentence?
- "the first update can be very large – 50 MB"

Blue Screens
- "During startup (before it starts Windows) tap the F8 key on the keyboard several times."
- "Please note that malware can cause blue screens on the computer and should be considered as a culprit when troubleshooting these types of issues."

Malware
- "The GSI utility is very helpful when determining if malware is present on the computer."
- "[...], it is recommended that you change the settings to the highest before running the utility on the user's system."
- "[...] because the GetSystemInfo utility couldn’t retrieve the information of those files."

General
- Spelling of "Online Parser" / "Parser" is not consistent (upper/lower case).
