Most of the machines in my company are running .830 of the Workstation. I am trying to get them up to .837. If I try installing the new version without removing the old one Proactive Defense doesn't get installed. Proactive Defense is disabled exact Application Activity Analyzer. This doesn't happen if the machine doesn't have the previous version of Kaspersky installed. Everything installs fine then. I have looked at the package and Proactive Defense is definitely checked to install.

It's impossible to add some components remotely without reinstall. You must create new installation package, new group installation task with unchecked "do not install application if it is already installed".

I am not trying to add a component. On the .830 version I have proactive defense installed on all systems. Just some parts are disabled. When I install .837 it some how removes the proactive defense part.

Does this even happen, if you try to install the .837 locally or does ist just happen on remote installation?

Sorry it took me so long to respond. I have tried installing locally and that actually works fine.
