I'm having issues with a clients PC. I have installed the kaspersky for small office.

When first installing the program the anti-spam toolbar showed up. But when rebooting the machine it vanished. I have tried re-stalling the software, but It is still not being displayed.

Despite this, the anti-spam tool is still running, but I have no longer the ability to mark emails with "spam" or "not spam"

I have tried various fixes that I have found through google, but to know avail.

Any help will be most appreciated.
