Hi,

I've just started working in Americas consumer support and using GSI among other tools.
The other day I leveled up to Level 2. On the morning that this happened, I logged in as usual and got a pop-up congratulating me on leveling up. When I closed the pop-up, the "Home" tab in my account was blank.
In the status bar below it said: Done, but with errors.

When I clicked on that I got a window that said:

HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)
Line: 0
Char: 0
Code: 0
URI: http://gsi.kaspersky.fr/

All the other tabs (History, Mine, etc) were working fine.

I tried logging out, then logging in, everything happened the same way: a cogratulations pop-up, then a blank home tab.
I tried closing and reopening the browser, still the same.
Finally, for some reason the site decided to show the contents on its own sometime during the day.

Hello Ilia,

Sorry to answer that late (it's mostly my first sentence on this forum but I'm always really sorry fo this smile.gif ).

Actually, when you're receiving a congratulation from reaching a new level, the popup will occur as long as you won't upload a new report.
This a small "bug" that I have to fix in the future.

On the other hand, regarding the javascript issue that you're facing, I wasn't aware of this.
What's you're browser (+ version) ?
I'll try to reproduce, then fix it !

I shouldn't tell you this, but if you're not using it yet, please try Chrome 2.0 wink.gif
The GSI Parser loves it smile.gif
