How do I create a policy from the Admin kit that just effects 1 area of the users settings. For example, I want to create a policy that disables the pop-up blocker however I want the other settings available to the end user to change. Currently when a policy is created all settings are greyed out on the client workstation.

Hi,
those local settings are grey because you locked the respective area within the policy....thus, if you wanna set users free to change local settings, don't lock the policy...so, at the end, lock the antispy area only!
