I have an error on our workstations. I am receiving this error.

Title: avp.exe - Application Error
Description: The instruction at "0x00000001" referenced memory at "0x00000001". The memory could not be "read".

I've tried using the solution stated on this site but does not work:

2 PCs are having this error.

We have is Kaspersky Antivirus ver 6.0.3.837

Can anyone has other solution(s) to solve this?

Well, your sysinfo is clean... I recommend you to collect your dumps from 'С:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\' and attach them to request to support team (via personal cabinet).

Hey, you have to delete the file of this path: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Datos de Programa\Kaspersky Lab
select all files except the avp6 folder. Then Run this Patch kav6patch837 if your current version of kav is 6.0.3.837
