Our Company purchases a Licensed Kaspersky SpaceEnterprise security version 6 from your agent in our country. We are using Windows server 2003 on the server. We installed all packages for server. But we can not download the update. The error is "Administration server could not retrieve updates". My local Windows server 2003 could not access the downloads site of Kaspersky labs. What are the relations of Kaspersky labs site with my Local server which can protect to access the downloads site? Can any one help me.
