Im using Administration kit. I have read in a manual that you should open 13000 udp/tcp, 14000 tcp and 18000 tcp in Windows Firewall. I have opened these but i still cant synchronize my clients.

Wrong. Ports must be opened: TCP 13000, 14000 and UDP 15000 (must be opened on local machine for access to administration server)
