A Customer Have KAV 6.0.3.837 installed in XP Professional SP2
The Problem is when i print less than 10 Papers it works fine, when i print more then :
For 15 Page .. it prints only 13
For 30 Page it prints only 24
For 40 Page it prints only 30
..
.. etc
Which i mean there's no equation for the number of missing pages, it always hangs on last few pages.
Disabling Kaspersky does not solve it, only uninstalling Kaspersky completely solve this issue.
I've tried to re-install kaspersky many times by adding components by component nothing works!!
Suggested Solutions That I've done:
1. Disable Firewall and Anti-Hacker Components
2. Adding it's path to the trusted zone.
3. Disable NDIS filter
4. Disable Proactive Defence
5. Exclude from scan
6. Deactivate Simple File Sharing
7. Adding its ports to the monitored ports.
Nothing works. Any Suggestions !!

Did you try to add \WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe to Trusted Zone?

I did, I've put the whole folder (system32) in the trusted zone but the problem remains !!
Well, then I think it is individual problem, so you should contact support team using personal cabinet.

This problem only occurred in the oracle department, about 20 PC have this issue not an individual problem.
Is there any other suggestions Vitaly ?
