Dear All,

I have setup a process for automatic installation of Network Agent and Kaspersky Antivirus for a group. But I could not deploy the task on domain workstation. and generate the error below,

"account(s): kesc\nasir.khan (Access is denied.) KESC\nasir.khan (Access is denied.) (Access is denied.) Cannot download the package using network agent because it is not installed on the target host yet"

Please someone tell me that which level of rights should require from the domain server to my domain user. Because domain administrator cannot assign me the administrator privileges on domain.

with regards, dash1.gif

hi fiesta,
once said that deployment task should run under an account which has local (on the remote host) admin rights, it seems that you're trying to deploy package via Net Agent while Net Agent is not present on that remote machine.....so, if Net Agent is not installed yet you should work via RPC services...you can easily deploy via RPC if, during deployment wizard (Deployment account step\Specified Account), you specify the local admin account in the following fashion:

DOMAIN\ADMINISTRATOR
PASSWORD
or
MACHINENAME\ADMINISTRATOR
PASSWORD
