Full Version: KAS 6.0 not screening emails, no warnings or notifications

Hi, a little help please. bc.gif

For over a week now, KAS 6.0 installed on this computer has stopped screening emails and I no longer see notifications for software activity (you know, this application is trying to inject into that, this app is trying to change that etc, etc, etc). How do I fix this, and how do I know if KAS is really working?

I did a KAS repair but no difference.

Sorry, it is KAS Anti-Virus 6.0 for windows workstations 6.0.3.837.

Is that what you need?

Hello!

1. Please specify you use a proxy-server?

2. Open Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations - click on Service tab - and see the block "Product Info" - what product hotfix do you see?
For example : c, d,e,f, h,i. Please write.

3. You use the program Blue Coat K9 Web Protection - please try to disable it temporarily.
