I have tried to run the "Get System Info" and have had the following error appear:

Extracting GetSystemInfo.exe
Extracting COMCTL32.OCX
CRC failed in COMCTL32.OCX
Unexpected end of archive

I have run this same program earlier without any problems? Any suggestions?

Download the file again here : http://telecharger.kaspersky.fr/GSI/GetSystemInfo.exe and try again

If the issue remains, empty the temp folder in "C:\Documents and Settings\your_account\Local Settings\Temp" and try again.
