I have Kaspersky 8.0.0.506 and the computer crashes. The information I get after the computer restarts by itself and Windows comes up and says "computer is saved itself from serious system error" ,or something to that effect, and when it wants to send a log of this problem to Microsoft in error reporting I click on the "information" and I get: Bccode: C2 Bcp1: 00000007 Bcp2: 00000CD4 Bcp3: 02060001 Bcp4: 89968A58 Osver: 5_1_2600 SP: 3_0 Product:236_1 .
The files it sent to error reporting were "C:\Docume~1\John\Locals~1\Temp\weref25.dir00\mini1050109-01.dmp" & "C:\docume~1\john\locals~1\temp\sysdata.xml" .
When the internet page from Microsoft comes up for Windows error reporting on it's own it says that "Problem caused by Firewall or anti virus". I thought it was my Zone Alarm firewall but after looking into it and finding in System information>Components>Problem devices I have found that of the 3 listed all 3 of them have Kaspersky in them.
The first one says under the title "Device": "1394 Net Adapter - Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS miniport . Then under "PNP Device ID": "ROOT\KL_KLIM5MP01" . Under "Error Code": "The drivers for this device are not installed".
The second one says: "Device": "Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC - Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS Miniport".
"PNP Device ID": "ROOT\KL_KLIM5MP02". "Error Code": 39
The third : "Device": "WAN Miniport (IP) - Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS miniport". "PNP Device ID": ROOT\KL_KLIM5MP00" and the error code for this one is also "39".
Does anyone know if any of this could give a clue as to what could be causing the crashes and if it may be Kaspersky.
I also suspected it may be Kaspersky when it gave a warning that a game I was playing may be a Key logger. Ridiculous!

The above says "ROOT\KL_KLIM5MP00"; "ROOT\KL_KLIM5MP01"; "ROOT\KL_KLIM5MP02".
Do not know why they were replaced by symbols.
This is the 2nd time I have had to replace the symbols above. Where the symbol is above and after KLIM5MP should be a backwards slash and 2 zeros.

In device manager>network adapters Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS Miniport #2 has a yellow exclamation point on it and says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" I try to install the driver but it says "A service installation section in this INF is invalid". My computer keeps crashing and Microsoft Windows error reporting says, after it reboots on it's own, the problem was caused by the firewall or anti-virus. Could the reason it is crashing be because of Kaspersky being a "problem device" as it says in system information>components>problem devices?
