Thanks in advance pray.gif
Helmut
The actual version for Linux is 5.7.26.

This version doesn´t support Ubuntu 9.04 officially.

Also, you may have an issue as described here: http://support.kaspersky.com/linux_file57/...r?qid=208280104
So, even I haven't tested it, I can be sure that you won't be able to use KAV for Linux WKS on Ubuntu 9.04

nope, kavmonitor is an optional module,
it only requires building the kernel module.

other functionality can work fine on this platform (need to be verified though)

Thanks but concretely, do you have a walkthrough or something like that to help me?

Well, you do not need a walkthrough or a 'trick' to install KAV for Linux workstations on Ubuntu 9.04. Just follow the instructions in the manual and have a look at Kaspersky Knowledgebase.

But there is a chance, that you cannot install kavmon.pl in cause of an unsupported kernel version. Furthermore, there is no official support for Ubuntu 9.04.

Hi guys,
I tested it and I confirm that it's not compliant (can't compile the kavmonitor...). Thanks anyway!
