I was hoping someone could give me some information on this. I have an exclusion rule set up for TFTP Server. I have added the threat exactly as it comes through (not-a-virus:Server-FTP.Win32.Tftp.500). I thought this had been working but I just received another email warning me about this file. Am I missing something? Do I need to exclude this from another location?

Thanks.

Hello,
since you're talking about verdict, i guess you have defined a mask only...right? for which task?
Have you tried to add its exe file to the trusted application whitelist?

Yeah I have only defined the mask. I have added the exe to the trusted application list now. I will see if this fixes the issue. Should I add the folder location as well to the exclusion mask or should the verdict and the exe be enough?

Thanks

no, it wouldn't be mandatory to mask the whole folder...pls, be sure to mask the verdict among all the RTP tasks!
