I have a company with Kaspersky for Exchange 2007 and Kaspersky that this is hurting the reception and sending of mail and do not know how to fix it, attached image of the event generated, and the solution given is to restart the service for exchange or Kaspersky stop it.

Version Exchange: Microsoft Exchange 2007 Standard with Service Pack 1
Version Kaspersky for Exchange 2007: 6.0.1262.1064

I would appreciate your help as the client is upset.
