Well... these folders / files are part of the Windows Operating system. I think it would not be such a good idea to remove them. wink.gif

I believe that sending a request to support team (via personal cabinet) is the best way to find reason of your problem wink.gif

Might be hooking in MBR - I've seen a resurgence of those lately.

Create a Rescue Disk with PartBE-
http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=197473107

Download MbrFix
http://download.cnet.com/MbrFix/3000-2094_4-10485990.html

Boot with the rescue disk.
Run MbrFix from with this command:
mbrfix /drive 0 fixmbr
(0 being the drive number, could be 1,2,3)

Scan with Rescue disk - reboot. should be gone now.

you mean kav detected the virus on recycler and then didn't delete it? sounds impossible.
when i am scanning my computer, it can scan the recycler and system volume and delete the necessary virus.

hmmm. any other details please

Disable your system restore in ststem properties.
Then rescan may help.
Suspect your backup files cause the problem.
