I have been trying to figure how we can get tech issues across to these forums, while being able to get general questions across to
the club, in hope to try and assimilate better.
I realise there is issues with being different sites, different servers etc, surely there is some way of helping to get links to the right topic.
Which is why maybe renaming the forums here to emphasis tech issues? Instead of "Protection for Home Users", maybe "Technical help for Home Users"
The other option is to have mods able to work both forums, which leaves a few of us out, due to not being mods for both.
Does anyone know of a way around this so we can help look after visitors more?
But this not a general self help forum

I realise that, just trying to see what can be done to work general topics to the general forum, while maintaining the tech forum for tech issues.
I've raised a similar question in the fanclub forums too. Tech questions in both just stretch the area needed to cover. It is an idea, not an answer
I think a description could be added underneath the forum title like with the beta forum explaining what goes where to make it easier for new forum members.

Certainly can't hurt.
Whether it helps resolve the general comments appearing though,
as you still get some "confusion" even in beta forums.

Not really sure of an answer to make things work smoother, but the load is increasing due to more users.
This should help indeed. Leave the technical stuff here. The serious ones offcourse. Only information which can help the devs. And leave all the chitchat over at the Kaspersky Club.
