iam having kaspersky and when updating my pc am getting error like this

avp.exe application error


The instruction at "0x3071e3dc" referenced memory at "0x0000009a". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Any body have solution to this problem


As mentioned in other solutions to this i had done like this

i used delete cleanup utility to delete
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\updcfg.xml this file and it succeeded .

after that i tried to update kaspersky again and am still getting the same error..

1. Please check the system date (date, month, year, time zone). Is it correct?
2. How do you update bases: locally or remotely?

I am another user offering a response. I had the same problem... finally resolved after many hours of work. See "reinstall 6.03 problem" thread to save yourself a lot of heartache.

I have exactly the same problem. Anyone have an idea to resolve this issue.
I tried to uninstall, reinstall KAV WKS 6.0.3.837 but i still have the same problem:
